This 1 day workshop will help Partners to better understand the importance of having the right people in the right roles as they look to grow their businesses.

Designed for Business Owners and their HR management team, this course helps participants understand the various business growth models and how having the right structure and skills supports each of the growth models. It also looks to take participants through the full life cycle of identifying the right skills required for the business, how to recruit and then retain the right people.
