The Partner Development Centre (PDC) offers a range of sales-related services for Microsoft Partners. These include Development of a Sales Plan, Sales Effectiveness Audit, Salesperson Competency Assessment, Remuneration Planning, Pipeline Management, and Sales Systems Planning.

Partners can also benefit from Sales and Sales Management Mentoring and Coaching as well as training services delivered through the Microsoft Partner Academy. Training courses offered through the Partner Academy include Selling Business Value, Account Management and Creating Customer Loyalty.
